【摘要】 [目的]构建急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死急救护理质量评价指标体系,科学评价急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死急救护理质量。[方法]应用德尔菲法对29名专家进行函询,确定指标内容及各指标权重系数。[结果]通过两轮专家函询,最终确定急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死急救护理质量评价指标体系,包括3个一级指标、16个二级指标、48个三级指标。[结论]构建的急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死急救护理质量评价指标体系具有较好的科学性、可靠性、特异性和实用性,可作为评价急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死急救护理质量的工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To establish an evaluation index system of nursing quality in acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)patients,and to evaluate nursing quality for STEMI scientifically.Methods:The content of the evaluation index system and the weight of each index were determined by consultations from 29 experts,which were performed based on the Delphi method.Results:The evaluation index system for STEMI nursing quality was determined after two-round expert consultation,including 3 first-level indexes,16 secondary-level indexes and 48 tertiary-level indexes.Conclusion:The evaluation index system established in this study was scientific,reliable and practicable.It could be performed to evaluate the nursing quality for STEMI patients.更多还原
