【Abstract】 The working contents and career characteristics of college counselors determine that they will encounter many practical difficulties in the development of professionalization and specialization. They are prone to mental and physical problems caused by job burnout. As a result,the career development is not smooth,which leads to the imbalance between the lack of professional identity and the lack of professional ability. The key to breaking through the above difficulties is to improve the internal driving force of college counselors and strive to realize the professional development and specialization of college counselors themselves through scientific research team and brand development.更多还原
