计及分布式光伏发电的分时电价模型研究
Research on TOU Pricing Model Taking Account of Distributed Photovoltaic Generation
【摘要】 针对分布式新能源发电在配电网的大量接入,提出了一种计及分布式光伏发电的分时电价模型,通过模糊隶属函数对等效负荷曲线进行时段划分,基于消费者心理学建立用户响应曲线,并在考虑用户舒适度的情况下采用遗传算法进行求解。算例分析表明,分时电价可有效地进行削峰填谷,提高等效负荷曲线的负荷率,并兼顾到用户舒适度,说明了所提出的分时电价模型具有优越性和可实施性。
【Abstract】 For a large number of distributed new energy generation is accessed to the distribution network,a time-of-use(TOU)pricing model which takes account of distributed generation is proposed in this paper. The fuzzy membership function is applied in the period division of the equivalent load curve and the consumer response curve based on the theory of consumer psychology is established and solved by genetic algorithm taking the user comfort into consideration. The results suggest that the TOU can effectively reduce the peak valley difference and increase the load factor of the equivalent load curve with the user comfort considered at the same time,verifying both superiority and feasibility of the proposed time-of-use pricing model.
