采用荧光光谱法研究了7种不同小分子醇对R,S-普萘洛尔对映异构体手性识别的影响,研究表明:小分子醇能猝灭普萘洛尔对映异构体/β-环糊精包络物的荧光,并对其包合过程产生显著影响,同时,增加β-环糊精对R,S-普萘洛尔对映异构体的选择性识别差异,在研究的7种小分子醇中,异丁醇对R-,S-普萘洛尔/β-环糊精体系的手性识别影响最大。~1 H NMR实验表明异丁醇分子与β-环糊精分子间的氢键作用在手性识别中起主要作用。

The effect of various linear and branched alcohols on the chiral discrimination ofβ-cyclodextrin to R-and S-propranolol was studied based on the fluorescence spectroscopy.The results showed that these small molecular alcohols can quench the fluorescence of propranolol enantiomers/β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex,and had a significant impact on the inclusion process,and the chiral recognition between R-propranolol and S-propranolol enantiomers was obtained by addition of alcohol as the third component.Among ...
