【Abstract】 Bioinformatics is an applied multidisciplinary cross discipline and an important course in independent college which is to cultivate applicable technical talents. In order to promote the teaching reform of bioinformatics in independent college,the improvements and practices of teaching system are discussed in this paper from the aspects of textbook selection,teaching arrangements and methods, " let one unit guide a whole area and with the dot seton", " flow chart to guide practice exercise in the class and after class", " emphasis on the teaching and learning of English" and so on,based on the writer’s teaching experiences.更多还原
