一株解淀粉芽孢杆菌生防蛋白的鉴定及分析

【摘要】 旨在鉴定一株拮抗葡萄霜霉病的解淀粉芽孢杆菌在NA液体培养基中的分泌蛋白中与生物防治相关的蛋白组分。采用蛋白质谱的方法对前期筛选到的一株拮抗葡萄霜霉病的解淀粉芽孢杆菌生防菌的在NA液体培养基中的分泌蛋白进行了鉴定。对鉴定到的蛋白采用基因本体论(GO)和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)的方法进行蛋白质组学分析,筛选与生物防治相关的蛋白。结果表明,从分泌蛋白中鉴定到了确定的53种蛋白质,其相对分子量大部分集中到0-100之间(占79.24%);涉及碳水化合物代谢、能量代谢、脂类代谢、氨基酸代谢和生物防御等过程,以及作为细胞组分参与结构组成。发现了6种参与植物与病原菌互作的蛋白,2种属于氨基肽酶家族,4种参与几丁质的生物降解过程。

【Abstract】 It is aimed at the identification of protein composition with biocontrol function in the secretory protein while a strain of beingantagonistic grape downy mildew,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,was cultured in NA liquid medium,which was carried out by protein profile.The proteomics of the identified proteins was analyzed by gene ontology and KEGG pathway for screening the proteins related to biocontrol. Theresults showed that 53 proteins were identified from the secreted proteins. Their relative molecular weights were mostly(79.24%)in 0-100.The proteins involved in the processes of carbohydrate metabolism,energy metabolism,lipid metabolism,amino acid metabolism,biodefense,etc. They also were the cellular components in structural composition. Six proteins involved in the interaction of plant and pathogen werediscovered,and among them,two belonged to the aminopeptidase family,and four were involved in the biodegradation of chitin.
