甲基化剂N,N,N-三甲基苯基氯化铵的合成
Synthesis of Methylating Agent N,N,N-trimethylphenyl Ammonium Chloride
【摘要】 三甲基苯基氯化铵(Phenyltrimethylammonium Chloride)为一种相转移甲基化剂,具有反应温和、安全性高、使用方便、成本低廉等特点。本文对三甲基苯基氯化铵的合成进行了实验,用N,N-二甲基苯胺与硫酸二甲酯反应,制备得到三甲基苯基胺的盐。将三甲基苯基胺的盐溶解于甲醇中,通过阴离子交换树脂,获得三甲基苯基氯化铵的溶液。将溶液浓缩,过滤干燥获得纯品。反应条件易于操作,适宜工业化生产。进行结构鉴定,确认其为目标产物三甲基苯基氯化铵。
【Abstract】 Phenyltrimethylammonium Chloride as a phase transfer methylation agent, mild reaction, high safety, convenient use, low cost, etc. In this paper, the synthesis of trimethylaniline was studied, and the salt of trimethylaniline was prepared by reaction of N,N-dimethylaniline with dimethyl sulfate. The salt of trimethylaniline was dissolved in methanol and the solution of trimethylaniline ammonium chloride was obtained by anion exchange resin. Concentrate the solution, filter and dry the product. The reaction conditions are easy to operate and suitable for industrial production. The structure was identified as trimethylphenyl ammonium chloride.
