中华稻蝗血细胞分裂相的研究方法初探
A Preliminary Study of Division Phaseofthe Oxya chinensis’s Hemocyte
【摘要】 本文使用促细胞分裂物质PHA和抑制细胞分裂的秋水仙素处理中华稻蝗虫体,再用赖特-吉姆萨混合法对中华稻蝗血细胞涂片进行染色,从而建立一种中华稻蝗细胞分裂相的新型研究方法。
【Abstract】 This article is Oxya chinensis blood cells for the material by the PHA stimulate cell division, coupled with colchicine, by smear or tablet method piece, Giemsa-Wright staining to study the basic core of the locust phase of cell division.
