温度影响下DNA分子欧拉临界力模拟研究
Simulation of the Euler Critical Force of DNA Molecules Affected by Temperature
【摘要】 本文基于蠕虫链模型,建立DNA分子微力学模型,利用Monte Carlo模拟方法研究DNA分子力学性质,考量链长以及温度对DNA分子欧拉临界力的影响。模拟研究发现,随着DNA长度增加DNA欧拉临界力变小,并且DNA临界力随温度升高呈减小的趋势,其模拟结果与理论结果符合良好。
【Abstract】 Based on the worm-like chain model,the Micro mechanical model of DNA was established. Using Monte Carlo simulation method to study DNA molecular mechanics properties, Considering the influence of temperature on the DNA molecule euler critical force. Simulation found that with the length of DNA increased,the critical force of Euler smaller.As the temperature increases, the critical force tends to decrease.The simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical results.
