长三角城市群2010年生态足迹与生态承载力分析

【摘要】 可持续能力是城市可持续发展的条件和基础,生态足迹与生态承载力分析是评价城市可持续能力的重要手段。论文以长三角城市群26座城市为研究对象,依据2010年统计数据和土地利用数据,应用生态足迹法计算并比较了26市的生态足迹、生态承载力与生态赤字。通过层次聚类法分析不同城市存在的不同问题,发掘协同合作的方向。研究结果表明:2010年长三角城市群平均人均生态足迹为3.5302 hm2·人-1,最高城市为马鞍山,最低城市为芜湖。空间上人均生态足迹较高的地区呈"三角形"分布,根据不同类型生态足迹的构成可将26市划分为5大类,I:能源高消耗型,II:能源与水域高消耗型,III:耕地高消耗型,IV:耕地低消耗型,V:消耗均衡型;长三角城市群平均人均生态承载力为0.4906 hm2·人-1,最高城市为池州,最低城市为上海。空间上人均生态承载力由低到高呈"扇形"分布,根据不同类型生态承载力的构成可将26市划分为4大类,I:自然资源丰富型,II:建设用地丰富型,III:建设用地和自然资源丰富型,IV:资源匮乏型;长三角26市所有城市均存在生态赤字,平均人均生态赤字为3.0396 hm2·人-1,最高城市为马鞍山,最低城市为芜湖。空间上呈沿海城市向内陆城市递减分布,根据不同类型生态赤字的构成可将26市划分为6大类,I:能源问题突出型,II:能源与水域问题突出型,III:耕地短缺突出型,IV:建设用地短缺突出型,V:短缺均一型,VI:可持续发展型。我们旨在为制定长三角城市群可持续发展方向和目标提供理论支持。

【Abstract】 Sustainability is the condition and foundation of urban sustainable development.The analysis of ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity is an important step to evaluate the urban sustainability.Based on the ecological footprint model and hierarchical clustering method,this paper studied the ecological footprint,ecological carrying capacity and ecological deficit of 26 cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.The results showed the average per capita ecological footprint in 2010 was 3.5302 hm~2 per person.Among the 26 cities the highest city was Ma’anshan and the lowest was Wuhu.The cities with high per capita ecological footprint distributed triangularly.According to the composition of ecological footprint,the 26 cities were divided into five categories,i.e.high energy consumption,high energy and water consumption,high consumption of cultivated land,low consumption of cultivated land and balanced consumption.The average per capita ecological carrying capacity of the Yangtze River Delta was 0.4906 hm~2 per person.Among the 26 cities the highest city was Chizhou and the lowest was Shanghai.The distribution of per capita ecological carrying capacity from low to high was"fan-shaped".According to the composition of ecological carrying capacity,the 26 cities were divided into four categories,i.e.rich natural resources,rich construction land,rich natural resources and construction land,lack resources.The 26 cities in Yangtze River Delta all had ecological deficit;the average per capita ecological deficit was 3.0396 hm~2 per person;the highest city was Ma’anshan and the lowest was Wuhu.The average per capita ecological deficit declined from the coastal cities to the inland cities.According to the composition of ecological deficit,the 26 cities were divided into six categories,i.e.serious energy problem,serious energy and water problems,serious shortage of cultivated land,serious shortage of construction land and average shortage.This study aimed to provide theoretical support for setting the direction and objectives of sustainable development in Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.
