【摘要】 承德市自2002年开始实施京津风沙源治理工程,工程建设效益如何受到社会各界的关注.从生态、经济和社会3个方面对承德市京津风沙源治理工程综合效益进行了评价.结果显示:2002～2015年,承德市京津风沙源治理工程的总生态效益为1 226 088.90万元,生态效益主要以水源涵养效益和水土保持效益为主,二者占总生态效益的80.8%,工程区生态环境整体得到改善.工程也取得了显著的社会经济效益,承德市地区整体发展水平不断提高,地区生产总值、农民人均纯收入及旅游收入持续提高,农村就业率总体呈增长趋势,农民恩格尔系数逐步下降,同时工程实施对当地产业结构的调整产生了很大的影响.更多还原

【Abstract】 The sand source control project around Beijing and Tianjin has been implemented since 2002 in Chengde, and the benefits of the project has drawn attention from all social sectors. The comprehensive benefit is evaluated from three aspects.It shows that: The total ecological benefit is 12 billion yuan. The ecological benefit mainly comes from water conservation and maintain soil fertility, which accounts for 80.8% of the total ecological benefit.The ecological environment has been improved in the engineering area. The project has also achieved remarkable social and economic benefit. The overall level of Chengde City has improved continuously, GDP, per capita net income of farmers, tourism income and the employment rate of farmers continue increasing in Chengde, the Engel coefficient decreases gradually, and the implementation of the project has a great influence on the adjustment of the local industrial structure.更多还原
