LeETR4沉默对番茄果实成熟的影响
The relationship between the VIGS of LeETR4 and tomato ripening
【摘要】 LeETR4是番茄乙烯受体家族成员之一,以绿熟期的LeETR4基因沉默番茄果实为研究材料,分析乙烯受体Le ETR4基因沉默对番茄果实成熟相关生理指标的影响。研究发现,Le ETR4基因沉默后,番茄果实在贮藏过程中乙烯合成前体物质ACC的合成明显提前,且乙烯生物合成关键酶ACC合成酶(ACS)和ACC氧化酶(ACO)的活性均提早达到最大值。同时,Le ETR4基因沉默后,番茄果实叶绿素的分解、番茄红素的合成和果实软化明显加快。研究结果说明在转录水平抑制Le ETR4基因的表达,可以促进番茄果实的成熟。研究结果为进一步阐明受体调控的番茄果实成熟机制奠定了研究基础。
【Abstract】 LeETR4 is a member of the tomato ethylene receptor family. In this study, the postharvested muture green tomato fruit was used to investigate the relationship between the VIGS of LeETR4 and the related physiological index in tomato fruit. The results were that, the ACC synthesis, the activity of ACS and ACO were accelerated after VIGS of LeETR4. The decomposition of chlorophyll, the synthesis of lycopene and the activity of polygalacturonase were also enhanced. Therefore, the tomato fruit ripening can be enhanced when the LeETR4 gene expression is suppressed after transcription.
