【摘要】 目的对比观察湿润烧伤膏联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗太田痣的临床疗效。方法将2015年1月—2016年1月南阳市中医院烧伤整形科收治的31例太田痣患者随机分为观察组(16例)与对照组(15例),其中观察组患者于Q开关Nd:YAG激光术后采用湿润烧伤膏治疗术后创面,对照组患者于Q开关Nd:YAG激光术后采用红霉素软膏治疗术后创面,对比观察两组患者的创面愈合情况。结果观察组患者中痊愈12例,显效2例,有效2例,总有效率为100%,对照组患者中痊愈2例,显效6例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率为86.67%,两组对比采用等级资料的秩和检验,校正U=43.000,Z=3.245,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者激光术后创面愈合时间为(7.375±1.586)d,对照组患者激光术后创面愈合时间为(9.267±1.624)d,两组对比采用t检验,t=3.281,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论湿润烧伤膏联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗太田痣,可淡化太田痣的色素沉着,减轻术后创面疼痛程度,减少愈后皮肤瘢痕及色素沉着的形成,明显提高太田痣的治愈率,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO combined with q-switched nd :yag laser in treating nevus of Ota. Methods Thirty-one patients with nevus of Ota admitted to Burn and Plastic Surgery,Nanyang TCM Hospital between January 2015 and January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group( 16 cases) and control group( 15 cases). After q-switched nd :yag laser operation,patients in observation group were treated with MEBO while patients in control group were treated with erythromycin ointment. The wound healing conditions of patients in the two groups were compared. Results In treatment group,12 cases were cured,2 cases showed obvious effectiveness and 2 cases were effective with the total effective rate being 100%. In control group,2 cases were cured,6 cases showed obvious effectiveness,5 cases were effective and ineffective in 2 cases,with the total effective rate being 86. 67%. Rank-sum test of ranked data was used for the comparison of the two groups and the results showed statistically significant difference( corrected U = 43. 000,Z =3. 245,P<0. 01). After laser operation,wound healing time for observation group was( 7. 375± 1. 586) d and for control group was( 9. 267±1. 624) d. t test was used for the comparison of the two groups and the results showed statistically significant difference( t = 3. 281,P<0. 01). Conclusion In treating nevus of Ota,MEBO combined with q-switched nd :yag laser can lighten pigmentation,reduce postoperative wound pain,prevent scar formation and pigmentation following wound healing,and significantly improve cure rate,deserving to be promoted in clinical practice.更多还原
