【Abstract】 On the basis of investigation and research on the present situation of young PE teachers in Jiangxi Province,we will focus on the universality and particularity in the process of their growing up,observing the law of talent growth.We will work to ensure that building the demand for the talents of young PE teachers as its core,and secure that taking the development of young PE teachers and schools as the goal.We will endeavor to establish and perfect the stage training system of young PE teachers as an effective form,meanwhile,taking the rational incentive mechanism of young PE teachers in colleges and universities as the promotion and the comprehensive evaluation standard of young PE teachers combining quantitative and qualitative as the way of development.更多还原
