两株草莓灰霉菌拮抗菌的鉴定及抑菌作用研究
Identification and Antibacterial Activity of Two Antagonistic Bacteria Against Strawberry Botrytis cinerea
【摘要】 本实验从草莓根际土壤中分离筛选得到两株对草莓灰霉菌具有较强拮抗作用的菌株,通过培养性状与形态特征、生理生化特征以及16S rDNA序列比对分析进行了鉴定,同时对这2株拮抗菌对草莓灰葡萄孢菌的抑菌作用进行了初步的研究。结果表明,菌株HZ12为枯草芽孢杆菌,菌株HZ02为解淀粉芽孢杆菌。菌株HZ12、HZ02对灰霉均有较好的抑制作用,细菌发酵液可使对灰霉菌丝的断裂致畸、抑制灰霉孢子萌发。
【Abstract】 oln this experiment,two strains isolated from the strawberry rhizosphere soil were selected to obtain strong antagonism against B. cinerea. The culture traits,morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics, and 16 S rDNA sequence alignment analysis were used to identify the strains. The antagonistic effect of these two strains of antagonistic bacteria on B. cinerea was preliminary studied. The results showed that strain HZ12 was Bacillus subtilis and strain HZ02 was Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The snhbbtrains HZ12 and HZ02 all had a good inhibitory effect on Botrytis cinerea.Bacterial fermentation broth could cause teratogenicity to Botrytis cinerea mycelium and inhibit the germination of Botrytis cinerea.
