【Abstract】 A polymerase chain reaction（PCR）-immunoblotting strips Method for rapid detection of Yersinia enterocolitica in food was established 26 Yersinia enterocolitica and 26 other strains was used in the specificity test. The sensitivity of the method was verified by using the experiment of adding bacteria. The establishment method is used to screen the food samples purchased by the market and compared with the GB method.
