【摘要】 本文采用SC/T 3025-2006《水产品中甲醛的测定》中的分光光度法检测和分析各类水产品及水发产品中甲醛的本底含量,得到水产品及水发产品中甲醛本底的基础数据,为甲醛本底的限量参考值提供参考。检测结果为水产品及水发产品中甲醛的平均本底值为1.647 mg·kg^-1,大部分数值分布在0.054～4.835 mg·kg^-1。因此建议水发产品甲醛本底含量值的基础数据为5 mg·kg^-1,供法检和快检使用参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper adopts SC/T 3025-2006 to determine the background content of formaldehyde in various aquatic products and water-based products by spectrophotometry. The basic data of the formaldehyde background provides a reference value for the formaldehyde background for reference. The average background value of formaldehyde in aquatic products and water-based products was 1.647 mg·kg^-1, and most of the values were distributed between 0.054 ～ 4.835 mg·kg^-1.
