不同温度状态下啮合异向双螺杆挤出机的流道分布规律
Flow pattern distribution of meshing counter rotating twin screw extruders at different temperatures
【摘要】 为探索等温与非等温状态下啮合异向双螺杆挤出机的流道分布规律,采用Solidworks三维建模软件建立啮合异向双螺杆的物理模型,在Polyflow分析软件中进行相应的数值模拟。结果表明:在等温问题中,随着双螺杆转速的增加,出口方向上的压力、黏度、剪切速率变化趋势不同;在非等温问题中,挤出方向从入口到出口温度呈线性增加的趋势,并且沿着径向向外的方向,温度逐渐增加。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the distribution law of flow path in isothermal twin screw extruder under isothermal and non isothermal state,using Solidworks 3 D modeling software to establish the physical model of meshing counter rotating twin screw extrude,the corresponding numerical simulation is carried out in the Polyflow analysis software.Numerical results show that:in the isothermal problem,the pressure,viscosity and shear rate of the exit direction vary with the increase of the speed of the twin screw;in the non isothermal problem,with the increase of the rotating speed of the twinscrew,the direction of the extrusion direction increases from the inlet to the outlet,and the temperature increases gradually along the radial direction.It can provide theoretical basis for further optimization of process parameters.
