【摘要】 重点探讨了食品类专业工程人才立体联动培养模式的构建。以地方产业需求为导向,以省级示范中心为依托,以学生为主体,以重点实验室、校企产学研联合实验室、研究中心等校企共建实践平台为支撑,以教学团队建设为保障,创新构建多层次食品专业工程技术型工程人才立体联动培养模式。该培养模式极大地提高了学生的创新设计思维和实践动手操作能力、具备工程技术方面的实践基础和专业基础,更促进地方经济和产业的快速发展,形成鲜明的地方特色,并起到辐射示范作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of stereo linkage mode for training the food excellent engineer oriented to the demand of local industry was inquired. The solid linkage talents training mode of two-oriented and the full mentor with progressive for professional and technical excellence engineering was constructed innovatively. This mode used the demand of local characteristics industry as the guide, provincial demonstration center as the support, the student as main body, the build platform of schools and enterprises such as the key laboratories, college-enterprise joint research laboratories, research centers and other for the support, and the teaching team construction as the guarantee. The training mode greatly improved the students’ innovative thinking and practical skills, knowledge of engineering practice base and professional basis and further boosted the local economy and the rapid development of industry, forming a distinctive local characteristics and radiant role model.更多还原
