【Abstract】 The contamination of Aspergillus flavus and aflatoxin has brought huge economic losses and health hazards on mankinds. Prevention strategies and technologies on Aspergillus flavus and aflatoxin have been explored. It has been comfirmed that many techniques show strong inhibition or removeing ability to Aspergillus flavus or aflatoxin. The physical,chemical and biological techniques on preventing Aspergillus flavus and removeing aflatoxin are reviewed in order to provide a reference for future detoxification research.更多还原
