【摘要】 近年来,食品安全问题成为社会关注的焦点。随着生活水平的提高和食品的丰富,人们在关注食品安全问题的基础之上开始关注食品品质的安全。溯源是保证消费者客观、完全了解食品,降低食品品质安全风险的关键手段。同时,消费者关于食品品质安全信息的供给是对品质安全溯源效果的反馈。以食品安全问题产生的机理为基础,提出"社会共治"视角下的食品品质安全溯源体系;通过建立博弈模型,分析该溯源体系下社会共治利益主体间的博弈关系;并在理论分析的基础上,从政府引导的角度提出建立社会共治的食品品质安全溯源体系的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, food safety has become the concern of the society. With the improvement of living standards and the abundance of food, people pay more attention to the safety of food quality. Traceability is the key mean to ensure consumers objectively and fully understand food, and to reduce the risk of food quality safety. Meanwhile, consumers’ supplement of food quality safety information is the feedback of food quality safety traceability. Propose a traceability system for food quality safety in perspective of "social co-governance", based on the mechanism of food safety. It also establishes a game model, analyzing the game relationship between the interest subjects of social co-governance under this traceability system. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the policy suggestion on how to establish this "social co-governance" food quality safety traceability system based on the government guidance is put forward.更多还原
