【摘要】 文中以供应链理论中的库存成本控制为研究对象,通过对某汽车制造企业备件库存成本控制系统进行详细的调查与分析,针对其备件库存成本过高的问题,提出合理的优化措施,从而降低库存成本。运用ABC分类法对备件进行分类,同时采用供应商管理库存的策略和手段对A类备件进行库存控制优化,通过双方的有效合作使得备件库存成本得到有效控制,进而提高供应链上企业的整体经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper takes inventory cost control in supply chain as the research object. Through the investigation and analysis of the inventory cost control system of spare parts for a certain automobile manufacturing enterprise,aiming at the high cost of spare parts,the paper puts forward reasonable optimization measures to reduce the cost of inventory. Using ABC classification method to classify and manage spare parts and vendor managed inventory to control and optimize the A spare part.Through effective cooperation of both sides,the inventory cost of spare parts can be effectively controlled,thus improving overall benefit of supply chain enterprises.更多还原
