【摘要】 目的比较不同散光类型白内障病人术后的屈光状态,探讨散光类型对白内障术后屈光状态的影响。方法收集在我院眼科接受右眼白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术病人118例,术中在135°方向行2.8mm透明角膜切口,均植入单焦点非散光人工晶状体。根据病人角膜散光轴向分为顺规散光组(散光轴向90°±30°)25例、逆规散光组(散光轴向180°±30°)79例、斜轴散光组(30°<散光轴向<60°或120°<散光轴向<150°)14例。术后随访1月,比较各组间术后1月球镜、柱镜、角膜散光的差异。结果各组间术后需矫正的球镜度数差异无显著性(P>0.05)。逆规散光组术后角膜散光较术前明显减小,差异有显著性(t=2.22,P<0.05)。顺规散光组矫正柱镜度数手术前后比较差异有显著性(t=2.30,P<0.05);逆规散光组矫正柱镜度数手术前后比较差异有显著性(t=2.38,P<0.05)。结论不同散光类型白内障病人术后散光变化不同,逆规散光组术后角膜散光减小,不同散光类型病人术后矫正球镜度数比较差异无显著性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the refractive status of patients with different types of astigmatism after cataract surgery and to explore the effect of astigmatism type on the refractive status after cataract surgery. Methods A total of 118 patients underwent cataract phacoemulsification for the right eye combined with monofocal non-astigmatic intraocular lens implantation in Department of Ophthalmology,The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University,were enrolled in this study.A clear corneal incision of 2.8 mm was made in the direction of 135.According to the direction of preoperative corneal astigmatism axis,the patients were divided into three groups:against-the-rule(ATR,180°±30°)astigmatism group(79 cases),with-the-rule(WTR,90°±30°)astigmatism group(25 cases),and oblique(OB,30°-60°/120°-150°)astigmatism group(14 cases).The patients were followed up for 1 month,and then the degree of spherical correction,degree of cylindrical correction,and corneal astigmatism were compared between groups. Results No significant difference was found in the postoperative degree of spherical correction between the WTR,ATR,and OB astigmatism groups(P>0.05).The corneal astigmatism decreased significantly in the ATR astigmatism group after surgery(t=2.22,P<0.05).The degree of cylindrical correction changed significantly after surgery both in the WTR and ATR astigmatism groups(t=2.30,2.38,P<0.05). Conclusion The postoperative change in astigmatism varies across cataract patients with different types of astigmatism.The corneal astigmatism decreases in patients with ATR astigmatism after cataract surgery.There are no significant differences in the postoperative degree of spherical correction between patients with different types of astigmatism.更多还原
