虾青素预防心血管疾病作用的研究进展

【摘要】 心血管疾病在全球的发病率和死亡率不断上升,现已成为我国的主要健康问题。而代谢综合征作为心血管疾病的危险因素,常以氧化应激为特征,因此抗氧化剂在心血管健康领域的应用备受关注。虾青素作为一种类胡萝卜素,结构独特而具有极强的抗氧化活性,又因其安全无毒被不少国内外研究者认为能够有效预防和治疗心血管疾病。本文着重探讨虾青素与心血管健康及疾病相关的最新研究进展,包括其体内外实验条件下的直接抗氧化、间接抗氧化、抗炎、抗高血压、降血糖、降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化等作用。在此基础上,总结现有研究的不足,为后续研究提供新的思路,并为虾青素在保健食品领域的应用提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 The incidence and mortality of cardiovascular diseases in the world are increasing, which has become a major health problem in China. Metabolic syndrome, as a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases, is often characterized by oxidative stress, so the application of antioxidants in cardiovascular health is of great concern. As a carotenoid, astaxanthin has unique chemical structures and strong antioxidant ability, and because of its safety and non-toxicity, many domestic and foreign researchers believe that it can effectively prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases. This paper reviewed the progress of the preventive effect of astaxanthin on cardiovascular health and diseases, including its direct antioxidant, indirect antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-hypertensive, hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering and anti-atherosclerotic activities in vitro and in vivo. On this basis, the deficiencies of existing researches were summarized, and new ideas were provided for the follow-up study, and the theoretical basis was provided for the application of astaxanthin in the field of health food.
