结构强度试验单点调试参数优化系统设计
System Design of Parameter Optimization of Single Point Debugging in Structural Strength Test
【摘要】 为了提高结构强度试验单点调试效率,设计了一款能够实现计算机辅助参数调试的软件。该软件对试验系统进行了耦合仿真,在此基础上实现了结构强度试验单点调试的参数优化,其优化结果可以实现控制系统参数的准确预置,直接应用在试验加载过程中,可以有效缩短试验单点调试时间,缩短试验调试周期。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the efficiency of single point debugging in structural strength test,a kind of software is designed to realize the parameter debugging aided with computer. The software is used to simulate the test system. On this basis,the parameter optimization of single point debugging in structural strength is realized. The optimization results can realize the accurate preset of parameters of control system,and can be applied to the test loading process directly. It can effectively shorten the test time,and save test cycle.
