【Abstract】 Cell culture is a basic technology in the fields of biology, medicine and new drug development. Cell culture teaching system is divided into three types: basis, advancing and innovation. Based on the teaching model of "pictures enlightenment", the teaching methods are combined with the task driven, gradual and differences between subgroups, which prompte students to master the basic operating technology and further stimulated students’ interest in learning.
