【Abstract】 Digital information era has brought about high education unprecedented challenges. How to integrate information technology with the education has become one of the hot spots of teaching reform in colleges and universities. Biochemistry acts as an important subject of life science. It has been regarded as the most difficult course by students because of its abstract and many contents. Based on Tsinghua Education Online(THEOL) platform, we have explored biochemistry of blended teaching mode in Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities.
