【Abstract】 As the basic infrastructures of rural areas, irrigation and drainage systems can not only back to modern agriculture development but also play a critical role for rural revitalization. In order to stimulate agricultural irrigation development, build capacity for water services and safeguard wellbeing of rural population, key tasks and specific measures for accelerating pace of water modernization are worked out, based on examination of weaknesses and problems that are associated with water development in rural areas of Jiangsu Province.更多还原
