【摘要】 石羊河流域以节水型社会建设为基础,通过水权、水价改革等措施,彻底改变了流域传统的用水方式,有效控制了流域地下水开采量,流域地下水水位下降趋势得到明显遏制。通过对石羊河流域管理局采取的地下水管理措施和民勤县水务局、凉州区清源灌区两个实例进行分析,总结了石羊河流域地下水管理措施和经验,可为西部干旱区流域地下水管理提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Conventional ways of water use have been changed fundamentally through water pricing reform and implementation of water right system, under the background of water-saving society establishment in the Shiyang River Basin. As a result, the over-exploitation of groundwater has been effectively controlled and the declining of groundwater level is observed. With evaluation of measures carried out by Shiyanghe River Basin Authority and two typical cases of Minqin Water Authority and Qingyuan Irrigation District of Liangzhou, the practices of groundwater management are summarized that can provide valuable experiences to dry areas in the western part of China.更多还原
