【摘要】 目的:研究终末期肾病合并心力衰竭患者透析护理。方法:收集2015年1月~2016年6月终末期肾病合并心力衰竭患者140例分两组,常规组在透析中采用常规护理,人性化组在透析过程采用人性化护理干预,并对两组患者护理前后肾功能和心功能和病情缓解率、血液透析并发症发生率进行比较。结果:人性化组病情缓解率明显高于常规组,P<0.05;人性化组血液透析并发症发生率明显低于常规组,P<0.05;护理前两组患者肾功能和心功能无显著差异,P>0.05;人性化组患者护理后肾功能和心功能均明显优于常规组,P<0.05。结论:终末期肾病合并心力衰竭患者透析中给予人性化护理干预,可有效减少并发症的发生,缓解病情,改善患者肾功能和心功能,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the dialysis nursing of patients with end-stage renal disease complicated with heart failure.Methods:140 patients with end-stage renal disease complicated with heart failure from January 2015 to June 2015 were selected and divided into two groups.The routine group was treated with routine nursing in dialysis.The humanized group was treated with humanized nursing intervention.The renal function,cardiac function,remission rate and complication rate of hemodialysis were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:The remission rate of the humanized group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of hemodialysis complication in humanized group was significantly lower than that in routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in renal function and cardiac function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After nursing,the renal function and cardiac function in the humanized group were significantly better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing intervention in hemodialysis of patients with end-stage nephropathy complicated with heart failure can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications,alleviate the condition,improve the renal function and cardiac function of patients,and is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
