【摘要】 目的:探讨适应AIDS肺部感染患者的个性化护理模式,提高患者的生命质量。方法:对2016年1~12月在某科住院行纤维支气管镜检查的74例AIDS患者的临床、流行病学等资料进行分析,针对患者的特点提供个性化护理措施。结果:患者普遍存在发现确诊晚、CD4+T淋巴细胞计数低、混合感染多、治疗依从性差的特点。结论:根据不同患者的特点积极实施个性化的护理措施,有针对性的提供心理支持及人文关怀,开展健康宣教,能缓解疾病带来的恐惧和心理压力,切实提高患者的遵医行为,提高治疗护理效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the individualized nursing mode adapted to the patients with AIDS pulmonary infection and to improve the quality of life of the patients.Methods:The clinical and epidemiological data of 74 AIDS patients with fiber bronchoscopy treated in a hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were analyzed.Individualized nursing measures were provided for patients according to the characteristics of patients.Results:This part of the patients had the characteristics of late diagnosis,low CD4+T lymphocyte count,mixed infection and poor compliance.Conclusion:According to the characteristics of different patients,individualized nursing measures are actively carried out,psychological support and humanistic care are provided,and the health education is carried out to relieve the fear and psychological pressure caused by diseases,to improve patient’s compliance behavior effectively,and to improve the effect of treatment and nursing.更多还原
