ZnS:Cu2+(1%)Cd2+(x%)量子点的制备及光学性质研究

【摘要】 利用水热法制备纤锌矿结构Zn0. 99-xCu0. 01CdxS量子点.实验结果表明:Cu2+和Cd2+均取代了Zn2+的位置掺入到Zn S的晶格中,且其尺寸约为(4. 0±1. 0) nm. Zn S:Cu2+(1%) Cd2+(x%)量子点光学性质研究表明,量子点具有来自于Cu2+离子3d轨道以及深能级Cd2+空位的跃迁发射峰,且随着Cd2+离子掺杂浓度的增加其发光强度降低.这可能因为随着Cd2+掺杂浓度的增加,缺陷中心增加,非辐射复合过程增加,致使发射峰强度降低.

【Abstract】 The wurtzite-type Cd/Cu co-doped ZnS quantum dots( QDs) were prepared by a simple hydrothermal method at 180 ℃ without any surface-active agent. The results showed that both the Cd2+and Cu2+ions were incorporated into the Zn S host and the average diameter of the QDs were( 4. 0 ± 1. 0) nm.After adding Cd2+ions into the Zn S: Cu2+( 1%) QDs,the broad emission in the range of 565—600 nm was due to the transition from conduction band to the Cu-d states; the broad emission in the range of 635—675 nm was due to the cadmium vacancies. As the Cd2+doped ratio increased,the concentration quenching effect could be observed for all the peaks.
