金丝柳和旱垂柳木质部比较研究

【摘要】 对金丝柳和旱垂柳木质部进行组织切片和显微观察,测量导管的直径,周长及面积,从解剖学上对木质部中导管的数量、分布以及横截面进行比较研究,发现金丝柳的导管直径略大于旱垂柳的导管直径,金丝柳的导管分布比较均匀,横截面多为不规则,大多数为单孔导管,也有发现二联导管和三联导管;旱垂柳的导管分布相对密集,横截面多为规则的圆形或椭圆形,有单孔导管和二联导管,很少发现三联导管的存在,单孔的频率较高.它们的这些形状与功能和生存环境相适应,金丝柳的木质部要比旱垂柳更加进化.

【Abstract】 Histological sections and microscopic observation were performed on the xylem of Salix alba and Salix matsudana. The comparative study of the anatomical on the number of xylem in the catheter,distribution and cross-section by measuring the diameter,perimeter and area of the catheter was studied,and it found that the diameter of the Salix alba was slightly larger than that of the Salix matsudana. And the relatively uniform,single-hole,double-hole and three-hole,cross-section were mostly irregular. Salix matsudana var. pseudo-matsudana pipe distribution was relatively dense with single holes and double holes,and it rarely found the existence of three-hole catheter. The single hole frequency was more higher and cross-section was mostly round or oval. Their shape and function adapt were well to living environment,and the xylem of the Salix alba would be more evolution than the Salix matsudana.
