【摘要】 本文阐述了现代生态灌区建设的必要性和有利条件,提出了现代灌区的基本内涵、建设思路、目标、原则、标准和内容,提出了通过工程节水、田间节水、管理节水,以及数字化和生态化建设,即通过"三节两化"五位一体的思路建设现代灌区的理念。在推进方式上,提出应紧紧把握灌区实际需求,总结不同区位、不同类型和模式,统筹规划,量力而行,差别化推进现代灌区建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper expounds the necessity and advantages of the construction of modern ecological irrigation area,the basic connotation,thoughts,goals,principles,standards and contents of modern irrigation areas are put forward,the paper proposed water saving through project,field,management,digital and ecological construction,through the above five in one integrated ideas of the construction of modern irrigation areas.In terms of promotion methods,it is proposed that we should grasp the actual needs of irrigation areas,summarize different locations,types and modes,make overall planning,make efforts according to our abilities,and promote the construction of modern irrigation areas in a differentiated way.更多还原
