Rampura雨水泵站进水前池水流特性数值模拟研究
Research on Numerical Simulation of Hydraulic Characteristics in the Forebay of Rampurar Rainwater Pumping Station
【摘要】 针对Rampura雨水泵站进水前池内复杂的紊流运动特性,采用标准k-ε双方程和雷诺时均(N-S)方程,建立了适用于泵站前池的湍流模型。给定边界条件,通过Fluent,对前池的水力特性进行数值模拟。计算模拟结果与水力模型试验吻合,前池运行时流态满足要求,无有害漩涡存在,为泵站的安全运行提供科学依据,同时也为类似雨水泵站的设计和运行提供一定的参考。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the Rampura rainwater pumping station,his forebay is very complex turbulent flow. Using the standard k-ε double equation and Reynolds average Navier Stokes( N-S) equations,Turbulent flow model is established to apply in the forebay. The given boundary conditions,through the Fluent,the hydraulic characteristics of the forebay are studied by numerical simulation.The simulation results agree well with the hydraulic model test,the forebay operation flow conditions meet the requirements,no harmful vortex exists,These provide the basis for the safe operation of pumping stations,and also provide a reference for the similar rainwater pumping station design and operation.
