【Abstract】 Based on the case study of agricultural water pricing reform of irrigation districts at the south bank of Yellow River in Ordos City of Inner Mongolia,the necessity and effect of the agricultural water pricing reform are analyzed. Some reform measures are put forward as follows: determination of agricultural initial water right, formulation of formation mechanism of agricultural water price, establishment of precise subsidy mechanism and incentive mechanism of water saving of agricultural water use,and improvement of measuring facilities in irrigation districts.更多还原
