【摘要】 目的探讨肛宝肛门袋联合马应龙痔疮栓在混合痔术后换药中的效果。方法将380例混合痔病人采用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组各190例,术后第2天试验组采用康复新液熏洗后肛宝肛门袋联合马应龙痔疮栓换药,对照组采用康复新液熏洗后凡士林纱布联合马应龙痔疮栓换药。观察换药后手术伤口疼痛情况,比较两组术后伤口感染发生率及伤口愈合时间。结果试验组手术伤口疼痛情况优于对照组(Z=2.74,P<0.01);伤口感染率降低(x2=7.91,P<0.01);伤口愈合时间显著短于对照组(U=-4.82,P<0.01)。结论混合痔术后应用肛宝肛门袋联合马应龙痔疮栓能有效提高舒适度,缓解术后疼痛程度,加快伤口愈合速度,缩短治疗时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to investigate the effect of anal bag combined with Ma Yinglong hemorrhoids suppository in dressing change after mixed hemorrhoids operation. Methods 380 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 190 patients in each group.while the control group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid fumigation vaseline gauze combined with Ma Yinglong hemorrhoids suppository dressing. Results the pain in the experimental group was better than that in the control group( z = 2.74, p < 0.01).Conclusion The anal bag combined with Mayinglong Hemorrhoids Suppository after mixed hemorrhoids operation can effectively improve comfort, relieve postoperative pain, speed up wound healing and shorten the treatment time.更多还原
