【摘要】 目的评价多模式教学方法在持续质量改进中的应用效果。方法选取本科室低年资护士(5年内)分为两组,对照组用传统教学模式培训,选取之后3个月内对科室血液透析患者外出交班规范性进行评估,同时对培训护士满意度进行调查。3个月后通过持续质量改进选取观察组护士采用多模式教学方法进行培训,对3个月内外出透析患者的交班规范性进行评估,并对护士进行满意度调查。结果实施CQI后,护士未规范交接班由36.36%下降至14.10%,未规范药品携带由29.55%下降至10.26%,未评估透析患者外出高危风险由7.58%下降至0.64%,护士的满意度由81.7%上升至98%,与实施CQI前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用多模式教学方法能够提高课堂效率,使低年资护士更容易接受知识,能够增加团队协作意识和能力,提高护理质量,同时也提高了满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the effect of multi-mode teaching method in continuous quality imProvement.
