【摘要】 目的分析早期心脏康复护理对急性心肌梗塞介入术后功能及缺血性事件发生风险的影响。方法对本院心血管内科2016年1月-2017年6月接收的98例急性心肌梗塞行介入术患者的资料予以研究,分为2组,各49例;对照组行常规护理,实验组行早期心脏康复护理,对比2组护理效果。结果实验组CI(2.68±0.42)L/m~2、LVEF(48.85±7.94)mm等心功能指标水平较对照组均更优(P>0.05);实验组缺血性事件总发生率4.08%较对照组22.45%显著更低(P<0.05)。结论 AMI介入术后实施早期心脏康复护理可取得满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the effect of early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the functional and ischemic events after acute myocardial infarction.Methods: The data of 98 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients who received PCI from January 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were studied,then the patients were divided into 2 groups(49 cases each group).The control group was given routine care,and the experimental group was given early cardiac rehabilitation care.Then the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results: The cardiac function indexes of CI(2.68±0.42) L/m~2 and LVEF(48.85±7.94) mm in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P > 0.05).The overall incidence of ischemic events in the experimental group(4.08%) was significantly lower(22.45%) than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions: The satisfactory effect of early cardiac rehabilitation nursing after acute myocardial infarction intervention could be obtained.更多还原
