【摘要】 目的探讨一站式复合手术治疗颅内动脉瘤的手术配合体会,总结手术配合要点及经验,缩短手术时间,从而提高手术配合质量。方法选取2015年10月~2016年10月采用复合手术治疗颅内动脉瘤的手术患者10例作为研究对象,进行回顾性分析,术中DSA技术辅助颅内动脉瘤夹闭。结果 10例手术患者均在复合手术间年内完成,动脉瘤夹闭完全,无残留瘤颈,患者术后恢复好。结论一站式复合手术治疗颅内动脉瘤,能够明确判断动脉瘤的部位、形态、大小、数目、是否存在血管痉挛以及夹闭后血管的情况,动脉夹的位置,是一项安全可行、疗效确切的治疗策略。在手术过程中手术室护士熟练的手术配合,是保证手术顺利进行关键和保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the one-stop composite treatment of intracranial aneurysm surgery with experience,summarize the main points operation cooperation and experience,shorten the operation time,thus improve the quality of operation cooperation.Methods A retrospective analysis in October 2015 to October 2016,10 cases with composite case of surgical treatment of intracranial aneurysm surgery,intraoperative DSA technology aided intracranial aneurysm clip.Results All 10 patients with surgical years between the composite operation,aneurysm clip completely,no residual tumor neck,patients with postoperative recovery.Conclusion one-stop composite treatment of intracranial aneurysms,clear judgment about the parts of the aneurysm,shape,size,number,the existence of vasospasm and clip after blood vessels,the location of the artery clamp,it is a safe and feasible,the curative effect of the treatment strategy.In the process of surgery in the operating room nurses skilled operation coordination,is key to ensure the operation smoothly and assurance.更多还原
