【摘要】 目的探讨综合护理干预对无偿献血行为的影响。方法选取2016年5月14日～2017年1月14日在献血站无偿献血者240名,依照护理方式的不同进行分组,分别采取一般护理与综合护理干预,对比两组的护理效果。结果实验组单次献血量超过200 mL的占比明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组再次献血占比明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组献血中度反应占比明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对无偿献血人群采取综合护理干预措施,便于将单次献血量提高,减轻献血反应,利于扩大献血志愿者队伍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on voluntary blood donation. Methods 240 non paid blood donors from May 14, 2016 to January 14, 2017 were divided into groups according to the different nursing methods, and the general nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention were adopted to compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The percentage of blood donation over 200 m L in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P < 0.05), and the ratio of blood donation to the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05), and the ratio of moderate blood donation in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention measures are taken for the unpaid blood donors to improve the amount of blood donation, reduce the blood donation response, and help to expand the volunteer team.更多还原
