【摘要】 目的对护理干预在中老年骨质疏松症伴腰背痛患者中的应用价值进行分析研究。方法本次研究对象为在我院接受治疗的80例中老年骨质疏松症伴腰背痛患者,对照组采取常规临床治疗措施,研究组在对照组基础上进行护理干预。对两组患者的情绪评分、疼痛程度及护理满意度进行对比研究。结果研究组焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分、疼痛程度及护理满意均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中老年骨质疏松症伴腰背痛患者的临床护理工作中,对患者采取有效的护理措施进行干预,可进一步加强患者的治疗效果及护理满意度,具有一定的临床实践价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To nursing intervention in elderly patients with osteoporosis in patients with low back pain value analysis. Methods The object of this research is our hospital treatment of 80 cases of senile osteoporosis patients with low back pain, patients in the control group took routine clinical treatment measures, patients in study group were in the control group, nursing intervention on the patients of the two groups of patients with mood scores, compared the degree of pain and nursing satisfaction. Results The patients in the study group, the anxiety score, depression score, pain and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In elderly patients with osteoporosis in patients with low back pain of clinical nursing work, take effective nursing measures to intervene patients, can further enhance the therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction, has a certain value in clinical practice.更多还原
