【摘要】 目的对临床护理人员的实践行为与抗压能力进行调查和研究。方法随机选取我院护理人员246名进行问卷调查,根据调查结果对临床护理人员的实践行为与抗压能力进行研究。结果护理人员具有较好的工作能力及抗压能力,学习和沟通方面具有较为清晰的自我认知,需要减轻工作倦怠的情况,需要对工作能力进行提升,并且工作压力对护理人员的心理和实践行为均能够产生影响。结论护理人员的实践行为与抗压能力之间具有正相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the compressive behavior and practice ability of clinical nursing staff.Methods A random sample of 246 nurses in our hospital conducted a questionnaire survey,based on the results of the investigation and practice of ability of clinical nursing staff were investigated.Results The nursing staff with good work ability and compressive ability,with more clear self cognitive aspects of learning and communication,to reduce job burnout,work ability needs to enhance the psychological and practical behavior and work pressure of nursing staff can be affected.Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the time behavior and the compressive capacity of nursing staff Department.更多还原
