【摘要】 目的探讨加速康复外科临床护理路径护在肝癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月~2016年9月在我科行肝癌切除术的患者64例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表将其随机分成对照组34例与观察组30例,对照组给予传统常规围手术期护理,观察组实施加速康复外科临床护理路径管理,观察比较两组患者术后首次排气时间、住院总费用、住院时间、术后并发症发生情况及对护理工作满意度。结果观察组患者在术后首次排气时间、住院总费用、住院时间、术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);满意度明显高于对照(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科临床护理路径在肝癌切除术患者中应用,能够有助于减少住院费用,减少住院时间,提高患者满意度,值得临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical nursing path of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) in the application of the operation of liver cancer patients.Methods 64 patients with hepatic malignant tumor resection in were randomized to control group(n=34) or to observation group(n=30).Control group given conventional perioperative nursing, while the observation group implement clinical nursing path of ERAS.The first time of postoperative exhaust time,Length of hospital stay,total cost,postoperative complications and satisfaction of nursing work were observed in both 2 groups.Results The first time of postoperative exhaust time,length of hospital stay,total cost,and postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the satisfaction of nursing work were in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Clinical nursing path of ERAS in patients with liver cancer resection application will help to shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce hospitalization expenses,improve patient satisfaction,and it is worthy for clinical application.更多还原
