饲料中添加复合紫苏植物提取物对育肥猪生长性能和胴体品质的影响
Effects of compound perilla plant extracts on growth performance and carcass quality of fattening pigs
【摘要】 为探讨紫苏和苜蓿复合植物提取物对育肥猪生长性能及胴体品质的影响,采用单因素设计试验,选择体重相近的三元杂交育肥猪120头随机分成4组,每个组3个重复,每个重复10头,1组为对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加2.0%、4.0%、8.0%紫苏和苜蓿复合植物提取物,预试验10 d,试验期60 d。在试验结束(60 d)测定其生长性能指标胴体品质。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组试验末重和平均日增重分别较对照组提高4.53%、3.67%23.81%、19.04%(P <0.05),料重比分别较对照组降低10.01%、8.93%(P <0.05),试验2、3、4组的平均采食量均高于1组(P> 0.05)。(2)试验3、4组试验肉色、瘦肉率分别较对照组提高17.93%、15.41%、6.45%、6.32%(P <0.05);试验组2、3、4组的大理石评分、pH24h与1组相比差异性不显著(P> 0.05);试验2、3、4组的眼肌面积、屠宰率、胴体率均高于1组(P> 0.05);试验3、4组的平均背膘厚分别较对照组降低7.49%、6.59%(P <0.05)。综上所述,在基础日粮中添加4.0%紫苏和苜蓿复合植物提取物可以提高育肥猪的生产性能和胴体品质。
【Abstract】 To explore the effects of perilla frutescens and alfalfa composite plant extracts on growth performance and carcass quality of finishing pigs.A single factor design test was used to select 120 pigs of three yuan hybrid breeding pigs with similar weight,which were randomly divided into 4 groups.Each group was repeated 3 repetitions, each repeated 10 heads, and the 1 group was fed the basal diet.The experiment 2,3 and 4 groups added 2%,4%, 8% perilla frutescens and alfalfa compound extracts in the basal diet,pre experiment 10 d,test period 60 d.At the end of the experiment(60 d),the growth performance index and carcass quality were measured.The results showed that:(1)The end weight and average daily weight gain of the 3 and 4 groups were increased by 4.53%,3.67%,23.81% and 19.04%(P < 0.05) respectively,and the ratio of material weight were decreased by 10.01% and 8.93%(P < 0.05),respectively,compared with the control group.The average feed intake in 2,3 and 4 groups were higher than that in the 1 group(P > 0.05).(2)The meat color and lean meat percentage of the 3 and 4 groups were increased by 17.93%,15.41%, 6.45% and 6.32% respectively(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in marble score between 2,3 and 4 groups and group 1(P > 0.05),and the area of eye muscle,slaughter rate and carcass rate in group 2,3 and 4 groups were higher than that of group 1(P > 0.05).The average back fat thickness of the 3 and 4 groups were 7.49% and 6.59% lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).In conclusion, adding 4% perilla frutescens and alfalfa complex plant extracts to basal diet can improve the performance and carcass quality of finishing pigs.
