【摘要】 为研究不同剂量博落回提取物对泥鳅生长的影响,分别在基础饲料中添加博落回提取物0、2、4、6、8 mg/kg(分别为D1、D2、D3、D4、D5组),每组9个重复,饲养45 d。结果显示:不同剂量博落回提取物的饲料对泥鳅摄食率和饵料系数的影响并不显著(P>0.05),对特定生长率有显著影响(P<0.05),D2、D3、D4和D5组的特定生长率与D1组相比分别降低4.22%(P>0.05)、7.81%(P<0.05)、8.23%(P<0.05)、8.23%(P<0.05)。综上,添加博落回提取物可影响饲料的适口性,从生长指标来看,不建议在泥鳅饲料中添加博落回提取物。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 45-day feeding trial was conducted to determine the effects of different levels of dietary Macleaya cordat on the growth performance of loach.The trial had 5 diets(D1,D2,D3,D4,D5) with different levels 0,2,4,6,8 mg/kg of Macleaya cordat:each group had 9 replicates.Results showed that with the increase of Macleaya cordat,the specific growth rate(SGR) in loach had influences obviously(P < 0.05).The specific growth rate in D2,D3,D4 and D5 diet decreased by 4.22%(P > 0.05),7.81%(P < 0.05),8.23%(P < 0.05),8.23%(P < 0.05) compared with that of the D1 diet respectively.There was no significant difference among the feeding rate and the feed conversion ratio of loach(P > 0.05).These results inferred that Macleaya cordat affected the palatability of the dietary.From the growth performance of the loach,it is not recommended to add the Macleaya cordat to the dietary of the loach.更多还原
