马铃薯秧替代苜蓿对育肥羔羊生长性能和营养物质消化率的影响

【摘要】 本试验旨在研究以不同比例的马铃薯秧干草替代苜蓿干草对育肥羔羊生长性能和营养物质消化率的影响。选择30只体重、年龄相近的萨寒一代杂交断奶去势公羔,采用完全随机试验设计,随机分为3组,每组10只羊,每只羊为一个重复。对照组饲喂以苜蓿干草作为主要粗饲料的全混合饲粮,其余两组分别饲喂以马铃薯秧干草替代40%和80%的苜蓿的全混合饲粮,正式期为70 d。试验结果表明,马铃薯秧干草的营养价值较高,具有与苜蓿干草相当的粗蛋白质含量,达14.7%。40%替代组羔羊的日均干物质采食量、平均日增重、体重和料肉比与对照组羔羊差异不显著(P>0.05),80%替代组羔羊的生长性能指标低于对照组和40%替代组,这表明给育肥羔羊饲喂高比例的马铃薯秧对其生长性能具有不利影响。消化试验结果表明,80%替代组羔羊的饲粮营养物质消化率(干物质、有机物、粗蛋白质)和瘤胃液总挥发性脂肪酸含量、NH3-N显著低于对照组和40%替代组羔羊(P<0.05),这表明高比例的马铃薯秧干草对瘤胃发酵具有抑制作用,但40%马铃薯秧替代对羔羊的瘤胃功能无影响。因此,羔羊饲粮中可以用马铃薯秧替代40%的苜蓿干草饲喂育肥羔羊,且不会对其生长性能和营养物质消化率产生不利影响。

【Abstract】 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of replacing alfalfa hay with different ratio of potato vines hay on growth performance,ruminal and total tract digestibility in fattening lambs. A total of 30 Suffolk × Small fat-tail sheep was randomly allocated to one of three dietary treatments(n=10). Treatments included :basal diet without potato vines,replacing 40% and 80% of alfalfa in the basal diet. The diets were formulated to be iso-energetic and iso-nitrogenous and were fed ad-libitum to lambs during 70 days of performance period. The result showed that potato vines hay had a good nutritive valve with a similar CP content to alfalfa hay(14.7%).The fattening lambs in replacing 40% of alfalfa group had similar DMI,ADG,BW and FCR compared to lambs in basal diet without potato vines group(P >0.05). However,the growth performance of the fattening lambs in replacing 80% of alfalfa group was lower than that in in basal diet without potato vines group and replacing 40% of alfalfa in the basal diet group,indicating that high potato vines hay had adverse effect on growth performance. The fattening lambs in replacing 80% of alfalfa hay group had lower nutrients digestibility,such as DM,OM and CP,and TVFA and NH3-N than those in in the basal diet group and replacing 40% of alfalfa hay group,indicating that high potato vines hay inhibited the rumen microorganism. Therefore,replacing alfalfa hay with 40% potato vines hay can be used in feeding fattening lambs without having adverse effect on their growth performance and nutrients digestibility.
