不同收割时间和高度对玉米秸秆营养成分和消化率的影响
Effect of different harvesting time and heights on nutritional components and digestibility of corn stalk
【摘要】 本试验分析比较了不同收割时间和收割高度对普通玉米秸秆主要营养成分含量和消化率的影响。试验选用郑单958玉米品种为分析对象。结果表明:普通玉米秸秆的主要营养成分、消化率受收割时间(1/2乳线期、3/4乳线期、4/4乳线期)和收割高度(0、20、40、60 cm)的双重影响。随着收割时间的推迟,普通玉米秸秆的可溶性糖、淀粉和粗蛋白质含量显著下降(P<0.05);中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量显著升高(P<0.05);Ca、P含量显著降低(P<0.05)。随着收割高度的增加,普通玉米秸秆的粗蛋白质、Ca、P含量显著升高(P<0.05);可溶性糖、NDF和ADF含量显著下降(P<0.05)。因此,为了充分利用秸秆资源,提高秸秆的营养含量和消化率,在玉米籽粒成熟1/2乳线期,距离地面收割高度在20 cm时收获玉米秸秆最好。
【Abstract】 This study was conducted to discuss the effect of different harvesting time and heights on nutritional components and digestibility of corn stalk. Take the Zhengdan 958 as analysis target. The results showed that :there were double effect of harvest time(1/2,3/4,4/4 milk line)and heights(0 cm、20 cm、40 cm、60 cm)on nutritional components and digestibility of corn stalk. The contents of soluble sugar,starch,crude protein,Ca and P significantly decreased with harvest time extending(P < 0.05);the contents of NDF and ADF significantly increased(P < 0.05). The contents of crude protein,Ca and P significantly increased(P < 0.05),The contents of soluble sugar,NDF and ADF significantly decreased(P< 0.05)with harvest heights increasing. Therefore,to make full use of straw resources,and improve nutritional components and digestibility of corn stalk,the best harvest time was 1/2 milk line, the best harvest heights was 20 cm.
