半芳香共聚尼龙DT/6Ⅰ的制备及其性能研究
Preparation and Properties of Semi-aromatic Polyamide DT/6Ⅰ
【摘要】 以2-甲基-1,5-戊二胺、1,6-己二胺、对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸为原料,采用溶液聚合法制备了一种透明共聚尼龙。采用核磁共振氢波谱、傅里叶红外光谱、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪、万能试验机等对透明共聚尼龙进行表征。结果表明,随着对苯二甲酸2-甲基-1,5-戊二胺尼龙盐(DT)含量的增加透明共聚尼龙的玻璃化转变温度和热分解温度不断提高,新合成的透明共聚尼龙较PA6T/6Ⅰ具有更好的耐热性和力学性能。
【Abstract】 Taking 2-methyl-1,5-amyl diamine, 1,6-hexamethylenediamine, terephthalic acid, and isophthalic acid as raw material,a transparent polyamide was synthesized by solution polymerization. The transparent polyamide was characterized by1H NMR, FTIR, differential scanning calorimetry( DSC),thermogravimetric analysis( TG) and mechanical testing machine. The results show that as the increase of the terephthalic acid and DT content,the glass transition temperature and thermal decomposition temperature of the transparent polyamide are continuously improved. The synthesized transparent polyamide has better heat resistance and mechanical properties than PA6T/6Ⅰ.
