【Abstract】 How to solve the problem of food for human and livestock has always been the focus of research. The development of new sources of unconventional feed and raising the efficiency of feed utilization can alleviate the problem of food for human and livestock to a certain extent. The mushroom bran is an important raw material for feed, which can not only alleviate the shortage of feed resources, but also solve the environmental pollution of the mushroom bran.
